Each jar tells the story of a process that transforms simple skinless almonds, sourced from the Iberian Peninsula, into a silky cream so characteristic of Casca Rija. No matter which butter we make, our process is always the same and consists of 3 fundamental steps for a result that is expected to be surprisingly flavorful. They are: roasting, selection, and transforming the nuts into a velvety cream. 1st - Roasting the almonds is the first step and is essential to ensure the final flavor is delicious. 2nd - The manual selection of the almonds by our team, after they have cooled, remains an important process that we do not forgo, reflecting our commitment to quality. 3rd - Transforming the almonds into a creamy and silky butter, an essential characteristic for both flavor and texture, is the third production stage. The finishing touch is one of our revealed secrets: the addition of just the right amount of exotic spices. The smoothness and sweetness of powdered Ceylon cinnamon and the slightly spicy intensity of ground dehydrated ginger blend with the silky almond cream. Did the result turn out well?!
