Deliveries in Portugal
We offer free shipping on purchases over 35€ for Mainland Portugal. The average delivery time is 1-2 business days after the order is collected from our facilities. Below €35 the shipping cost is €6.
We offer free shipping on purchases over 45€ to the Azores and Madeira archipelagos. The average delivery time to the main islands after order collection at our facilities is 5 to 10 calendar days, and to the other islands between 7 to 12 calendar days. Below 45€, the shipping cost is 6€.

We offer free shipping on purchases over 45€ to Mainland Spain. The average delivery time is 1-3 business days after the order is collected from our facilities. Below €45 the shipping cost is €6.
We offer free shipping on purchases over 45€ to the Balearic Islands and over 59.90€ to the Canary Islands. O tempo médio de entrega é 1-3 dias úteis após a recolha da encomenda nas nossas instalações. Below 59.90€, the shipping cost is 9.90€.
Deliveries to France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, and Ireland
We offer free delivery on orders over 60€ to France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, and Ireland. The average delivery time after the order is collected from our facilities is 3 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery country. Below 60€, the shipping cost is 9.90€.
These deadlines are indicative and may be extended due to transportation limitations.
Who makes the deliveries?
All deliveries to Mainland Portugal are made through CTT or Correos Express. All deliveries to the Azores and Madeira archipelagos are made through CTT. All deliveries to Mainland Spain are made through Correos Express. All deliveries to the Balearic and Canary Islands are made through TNT. All deliveries to France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, and Ireland are through TNT.
Can I pick up my order at a PickUp Point?
You can select the delivery pickup point after completing your order for deliveries in Mainland Portugal. When delivery to the address is not successful after the second attempt, you can go to the CTT Store or Pickup Point with the Delivery Notice and an official identification document, preferably the Identity Card or Citizen Card.
Order Fulfillment
We ship daily from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday or the next business day.
Despite our best efforts, the delivery time to you may be extended, as unforeseen events beyond Casca Rija's control may occur, causing further delays that are beyond our responsibility.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Casca Rija is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete filling in of the destination address for orders placed. If incorrect information is provided, according to the carrier's policy, the package will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for resending the order.
Recipient Absent
Make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your order. The carrier may make up to two delivery attempts. If there is no one at the address on either attempt, the order will be delivered to the nearest CTT store or Pickup Point.
All details related to delivery attempts are recorded in the tracking number, which can be tracked on the carrier's website using the tracking number code provided by Casca Rija.
