This process, present in every Casca Rija production, ensures the quality of the final result. 3rd - After the previous steps, carried out with the necessary care, the almonds are transformed into a silky-textured cream. 4th - The final touch is one of our revealed secrets: the careful addition of exotic spices. The smoothness and sweetness of powdered Ceylon cinnamon and the slightly spicy intensity of powdered dehydrated ginger blend into the silky almond cream. 5th - Finally, we add a generous amount of roasted almond pieces to the almond butter, resulting in a delicious crunchy almond butter full of textures.
