This process is done by hand to discard those that are not in ideal condition, ensuring the flavor and quality that characterize Casca Rija. 3rd - The third step consists of processing the roasted almonds until they become a velvety and silky cream. 4th - After flavoring the almond cream with a touch of exotic spices (Ceylon cinnamon powder and dehydrated ginger powder), we introduce the dark chocolate with 70% cocoa.
